All reasonable care is taken to ensure that product descriptions and images displayed on this website are accurate and up to date in line with standard product purchase terms Australia.

Return Timeframe (Online Orders Only)
Requests for returns on online purchases must be made within 7 days of delivery, as confirmed by the delivery date shown in the order tracking information. This timeframe applies in accordance with our product purchase terms Australia.
Return Eligibility

If the return request is approved, return instructions will be provided. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Orders should be inspected promptly upon delivery. If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible so the matter can be assessed and an appropriate resolution arranged in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and applicable product purchase terms Australia.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns will not be accepted for:

Exchanges
Online purchases may be exchanged if an alternative item is preferred.
To request an exchange:

Return the original item to the nominated return address

Email the return tracking number once the item has been dispatched

Provide a link or details of the replacement item
Once the returned item is in transit, the exchange process may commence.
Credits & Refunds
Refunds are not issued in cash or to the original payment method. Approved returns are processed as store credit.
Returns due to a change of mind are not eligible for store credit. If an item is assessed as not matching its description, confirmation will be provided following inspection, and store credit will be issued if approved.

Aleph Bet gift vouchers offer recipients the flexibility to select items that best suit their personal preferences.
Digital Gift Vouchers

Digital gift vouchers may be redeemed in-store with prior notice, as verification is required. Same-day processing cannot be guaranteed without advance notification.
