Please note that your processing time for jewellery orders is separate from the shipping time displayed at checkout.

All aleph bet jewelry orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a separate notification with tracking details.

During peak seasons, promotional periods, or unforeseen postal delays, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended. If we anticipate any delay with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. If you have concerns about your delivery, please feel free to contact our team.

Domestic and International Shipping Rates

aleph offers reliable domestic and international shipping Hebrew jewellery to customers worldwide.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges (including VAT) once the parcel reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, as aleph has no control over these fees.

Free In-Store Pickup

We offer complimentary local pickup for customers who prefer to collect their order in person.

In-store Pickup

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your aleph bet jewelry will be prepared within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection, along with pickup instructions.

Please bring your order confirmation email or proof of purchase when collecting your order.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact our support team sales@aleph-bet.com.au with your name and order number, and we will gladly assist you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers may have restrictions when delivering to P.O. Boxes. Where possible, we recommend providing a residential or business street address to avoid delays.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the product. We assess each case individually and will arrange a replacement, repair, or store credit where appropriate.
